All service tiers include Secretary of State (SOS) filings, Board of Pharmacy registration, notarization, DocuSign execution, and mailing.

  • Annual renewal filing includes preparation and submission of state board and SOS renewal applications upon due date. You focus on your business — we handle your renewals.

    Processing times vary by state. Most states offer expedited processing for an additional fee.

  • Service Fees (Initial Filing + Ongoing Management):

    • Tier One: 1–5 States — $3,750 total cost ($2,250 flat rate + $1,500 for annual renewal management)

      Clients with 6 or more states receive full initial filing services under the Essential package and may discuss renewal management availability on a case-by-case basis.

    Annual renewal filing is available for clients registered in 1–5 states. Clients with 6 or more states receive full initial filing services under the Essential package and may discuss renewal filing availability on a case-by-case basis.

For businesses that want a completely hands-off experience — we handle your initial filings and annual renewals.

Available for engagements of 1–5 states.

Essential - Basic Filing

For businesses that need application preparation and filing, but prefer to manage renewals and ongoing compliance in-house.

  • Southeast Operations manages the full setup process for state-level and regulatory filings, including application preparation, submission, and agency coordination.

    This package is ideal for companies expanding into new states or coordinating multi-state licensing projects where internal teams will manage renewals and ongoing compliance after approval.

    Processing times vary by state. Most states offer expedited processing for an additional fee.

  • Service Fees (per engagement):

    • Tier One: 1–5 States — $2,250

    • Tier Two: 6-11 — $4,400

    • Tier Three: 12+ States — $400 per state ($4,400 base for first 11 states + $400 per additional state)

    Clients requiring Secretary of State (SOS) registration only — with no board of pharmacy or additional regulatory board filings — qualify for a 25% reduction in listed service fees.
