Tier One: 1–5 States — $3,750 total cost ($2,250 flat rate + $1,500 for annual renewal management)
Clients with 6 or more states receive full initial filing services under the Essential package and may discuss renewal management availability on a case-by-case basis.

Annual renewal filing is available for clients registered in 1–5 states. Clients with 6 or more states receive full initial filing services under the Essential package and may discuss renewal filing availability on a case-by-case basis.

For businesses that need application preparation and filing, but prefer to manage renewals and ongoing compliance in-house.

This package is ideal for companies expanding into new states or coordinating multi-state licensing projects where internal teams will manage renewals and ongoing compliance after approval.
