Melody Johnson founded Southeast Operations after solving a problem she didn’t expect to own. Hired as Human Resources for a growing medical supply company, she quickly realized the business was struggling to get licensed across multiple states. With no existing process to follow, she taught herself the system, managed the filings, and got the company licensed in multiple states across the country.

That experience showed her a gap many businesses face: expanding into new states means navigating a maze of licensing requirements, and most companies don’t have someone on staff to handle it. So she built Southeast Operations to fill that gap — helping business owners across the country get licensed without the stress and confusion.

Melody brings a hands-on, detail-driven approach to every client, with a straightforward communication style that keeps business owners informed every step of the way.
