Melody Johnson founded Southeast Operations out of necessity. While working in Human Resources for a growing medical supply company, she was handed the challenge of securing licenses across multiple states—a process with no clear roadmap, no shortcuts, and no room for error.
What started as one company's expansion need became deep, hands-on expertise. Melody built the process from the ground up: researching state-specific requirements, coordinating documentation, and preparing filings across multiple jurisdictions. That experience revealed a gap—growing distributors needed someone who had actually done this work, not just read about it.
Southeast Operations was born from that realization. Today, Melody brings that same hands-on, detail-driven approach to every licensing project, with a straightforward communication style that keeps clients informed on what's needed, what's been prepared, and what comes next.
