Now that the initial paperwork is out of the way, please check your inbox for an email from Panda Doc containing your Client Information Sheet.

I understand gathering these details can take some time, so please take your time to ensure everything is accurate. To help me hit the ground running on your applications—and to minimize how much I have to reach back out to you for missing items—please ensure you send back the complete form along with all requested documents at the same time.

What to expect next:

• Confirmation of Receipt: Once all requested items and your form are received in full, I will send you an email to officially confirm receipt.

• Weekly Updates: From that point on, you will receive a weekly project status update from me every Monday until your application is officially placed for submission.

• Once Submitted: Once your application is submitted, you will be handed the reins for tracking! You will receive either a tracking number to see when the board receives it, or direct access to the online portal to view its progress.

• Processing Times: Please note that once submitted, you can refer to the processing times listed on your Work Order (which is usually quicker) or directly on the board's website.
